Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Quantix Prime Ltd (“Quantix”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: support@quantixprime.com.

If you are using Quantix on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping your login secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused or used unlawfully.

Some features require a paid subscription (e.g. “Pro”). Pricing and plan details are shown on the Pricing page.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal (unless your plan states otherwise).
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment is resolved.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details.

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• reverse engineer or bypass usage limits or paywalls;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• use the Service to generate outputs for illegal purposes.

Quantix provides estimates, calculations, and documents (e.g. BoQs) based on the inputs you provide and the system data available. The Service does not replace professional judgement, site verification, or manufacturer guidance.

• You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for procurement, pricing, or construction decisions.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and project requirements.

The Service, software, and branding are owned by Quantix or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example, Stripe for payments). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g. in-app notice).

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Quantix’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Quantix for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if you have not paid anything).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (for example, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer laws require otherwise.
